Thank you for supporting Nox Curiosities! Every piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS. Most items ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders.
Packaging
Due to the delicate nature of framed insects, specimen jars, and other handmade artwork, all items are packaged with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Nox Curiosities.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We’ll work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional postage to be reshipped.
